Maureen is an accredited Open College Tutor Assessor and Internal Moderator and has responsible for all procedures connected to the accreditation process for learners across all projects. Maureen works across a number of schools and providers and ensures feedback processes and progression routes are in place for individual learners. A major area of development within the team is working with parents and Maureen has responsibilities for involving them at every stage of the 14 – 19 agenda. Parents induction sessions, feedback, home visits and celebration events all form part of this process. Staff development is an important part of the mentoring team ethos and Maureen will manage the Performance Management process and progression for individual members of the team.
